The image opposite of a snow gritting truck on a closed road just above Gunnerside in Swaledale is by far the best seller. To date (14 January 2011) it has sold 52 times.

It's earned $67. Given I only get 20% of the royalties, this puts the value of sales at $335. I'm quite pleased with that, even if iStockphoto.com have taken 80%....

It was a lucky shot, but I believe some aspects of photography revolve around maximizing your luck. The camera was ready and set.
